BIOGRAPHY 

A native of Buffalo, New York with over 19 years of experience as a small business and venture strategist and founder and CEO of Binchmark, LLC. Binchmark is an award-winning project development company headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Binchmark has been known as the development hub. Through Binchmark, Chance has worked with professionals from various industries that include healthcare, entertainment, restaurants to government consulting, commercial real estate and more.

Since its inception, multiple projects and brands have been created under Binchmark. Some of the most known brands include Binchmark Stream, Greater24, and Recommit America to build stronger cultural relations.

Chance is active as a public speaker and has presented seminars on operational business strategies, cultural relations, and leadership practices. Chance has conducted multiple television and online interviews on social developments with executives to known figures such as TV/Film star Tommy Davidson, NASCAR’s Jeffrey Earnhardt, NBC’s Al Roker to the former Philippine President, Fidel V. Ramos and more. Through a short time in the political arena, Chance has been the campaign strategist for Councilwoman Wooten, who has historically become the first African-American woman to serve on the Virginia Beach City Council for two consecutive terms.

Developments led by Chance have won multiple awards and have been recognized for their business innovation and contributions to the community. Overcoming project challenges and diversifying planning strategies along the way is what has contributed to a diverse career.

Dr. Guy Bluford

Dr. Guy Bluford was the first African-American astronaut to travel in space on the space shuttle Challenger in 1983. Dr. Bluford participated in four Space Shuttle flights between 1983 and 1992.

Christian Laettner

A retired American basketball player whose Hall of Fame career for the Duke Blue Devils is widely regarded as one of the best in National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) history. As the NCAA player of the year, Laettner was the only collegian selected for the elite "Dream Team" that dominated the 1992 Olympics; the team is enshrined in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. He was drafted third overall by the Minnesota Timberwolves, then played 13 seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for six different teams; the highlight was an All-Star Game selection in 1997 while with the Atlanta Hawks. Kris Paranto

Kris Paronto - “Tanto” was part of the CIA annex security team that responded to the terrorist attack on the US Special Mission in Benghazi, Libya, September 11th, 2012, helping to save over 20 lives while fighting off terrorists from the CIA Annex for over 13 hours. Mr. Paronto’s story is told in the book “13 Hours” written by Mitchell Zuckoff and his five surviving annex security team members. Mr. Paronto’s story was also told in the movie by famed Hollywood director, Micheal Bay called, 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi.




Tommy Davidson

Tommy Davidson is an American comedian, film and television actor best known for his characters on the TV show, In Living Color. Mr. Davison has also appeared in the films Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls, Strictly Business, and Juwanna Mann. Davidson provided the voice for Oscar Proud, the father in the Disney animated series The Proud Family.




Bobby Bonilla

Bobby Bonilla is a former player in Major League Baseball who played from 1986 to 2001. Bobby was World Series Champion (1997) and 3× Silver Slugger Award winner (1988, 1990, 1991). Overall, Bobby Bonilla was a six-time All-Star, and had career statistics of 2,010 hits, 287 home runs, 1,173 runs batted in, and a career .279 batting average.

Fidel V. Ramos was the 12th President of the Philippines, popularly known as FVR. Ramos also served in the Cabinet of President Corazon Aquino first as chief-of-staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and also as Secretary of National Defense.




Aneesh Chopra
